Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Find a comfortable position. Sit or lie down in a quiet space. Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
  2. Ground yourself. Imagine roots growing from the base of your spine, extending deep into the earth. Feel the stability and support of the ground beneath you.
  3. Breathe deeply. Inhale slowly for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, exhale for 4 counts. Repeat 5 times.
  4. Visualize healing light. Imagine a warm, golden light entering through the crown of your head, flowing through your entire body, healing every cell it touches.
  5. Return gently. Wiggle your fingers and toes, take a deep breath, and slowly open your eyes. Carry this peace with you throughout your day.
